Exploring Asia! – A Homeschool Guide for Ages 8–11
Asia is a fantastic place! It's full of cool animals, stunning views, and a ton of history! With over 4.7 billion people (that's 60% of the entire earth) and both extremes of elevation—the lowest point at the shore of the Dead Sea and the highest point, world-famous Mount Everest—alongside some of the most advanced countries in the world, it truly is a sight to behold.
But how do you make that interesting for your kids?
Well, there's one way: plop a workbook in front of their faces and hope and pray they memorize something, or make it fun and engaging!
Every child understands things in their own cool way, so why have just one way to 'learn'? Maybe your kid loves to read, or maybe they learn best by seeing. The wonderful thing about homeschooling is that you can switch things up and find the teaching style the works best for your family!
