Welcome to History Plus! By purchasing our courses or subscribing to our membership, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Program Access and Usage

• Access to History Plus courses is granted for the duration of your active subscription.

• Content is for personal educational use only. Sharing, distributing, or reproducing materials without written permission is prohibited.

2. Payment Terms

• Payment is processed immediately upon signup via credit card or PayPal.

• Subscriptions renew automatically based on your selected plan (monthly or yearly).

   

• Customers are responsible for ensuring valid payment information.

3. Refund Policy

• We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not satisfied, contact us within 30 days for a full refund.

4. Cancellation Policy

• You may cancel your subscription anytime through your account settings.

• Cancellations stop future payments but do not issue refunds for past payments (except within the 30-day guarantee window).

5. Privacy & Data Security

• All payments are processed securely through Stripe and PayPal.

• History Plus does not store your financial information.

6. Parental Consent

• For students under 18, parental consent is required to access our services.

7. Intellectual Property

• All course materials, including videos, worksheets, and activities, are copyrighted by History Plus.

• Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of our content is prohibited.

8. Dispute Resolution

• We strive to resolve any concerns quickly. Please contact our support team before pursuing any formal action.

9. Governing Law

• This agreement is governed by the laws of Canada and the province of Alberta.
